Bookings, Cancellations and Payments
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation for any Booking. This can be through the Contact Form on this Site or via Facebook Message. No monies will be refunded after this point (barring exceptional circumstances).

Payment must be made in full to reserve your place on any course, receive a private reading or for any other event or service provided. Further details will be provided during the booking process.
 

Privacy
We respect you and your privacy. We will not share with any third party any of your personal details or information on engagements with us except where required by law. You alone have the right to see any information we hold about you and to have any such information destroyed/deleted.

Safe Space
Whether Online or in-person we operate a 'Safe Space' policy. We encourage everyone no matter at what level of ability to speak openly and share their own messages and experiences without fear of rejection or ridicule. We promote the encouragement and positive reinforcement of the abilities of all. We ask that you respect the persons and personal views of Kirstie Spiritualist Medium and all attendees on any of our Courses, Events or Private Readings. Even if you strongly disagree. We can discuss views openly and respectfully. Disruptive, abusive or anti-social behaviour in any form will not tolerated. You will be removed from the course, reading or event and you will forfeit any monies paid. Remember, Be kind.
